Basil Spence

Made using Perspex and recyclables from Coventry's Industries. Bike and car parts, watches and ribbons.

Commissioned by the Royal Commission on the ancient and historical monuments of Scotland (RCAHMS) to commemorate the birth of Sir Basil Spence. Working with the congregations of the Cathedral and his three churches which he designed in Coventry. The Sculpture is based on the Chapel of unity to symbolise the united effort by the four congregations.
